I left Rita's house in anger and regret.
What have I done, what re my going to tell cossy .?? what if she tell cossy by her self, and what will be the outcome.
I think I should seek a higher Power, someone who can give me advice. I reversed my car and went straight to Chris house. Fortunately for me he was at home. We exchanged pleasantries and I went straight into the matter that brought me to his house.
I didn't want to tell him that it was Rita, Buh he rather pressed me till I finally open up to him leaving no stone covered.
"what you have to do now is to confront your wife, summon that courage and tell her. I belive she can forgive you. If you can't do it, I can escort you to ur house to be your wingman when you tell her." Chris suggested.
Me: I think that's what am going to do. Thanks bro." I said while running towards my car.
I got home late on that Sunday nite. I came into the sitting room and found cossy busy with her phone.
Cossy :honey re you back
Me: yap.
Cossy: so how was it. I hope you got the contract.
Me: definitely, that kind of contract won't be a good one for us. So I let it go..
Cossy : common cheer up. U will also get the beraa one.
Me: sure. Honey can I tell you sometime
Cossy : sure am all ears 👂.

After some mins, cossy came back, expecting me to continue with what I saw saying,, rather I changed the topic into something more interesting and similar to what I was talking about saying.
We laughed and I made jokes to her till she slept off. While I remain awake thinking of another opportunity I might get to tell her about the baby 👶.

It was Monday morning and each Monday morning I do drop money for food stuffs which will last for the week. I dropped the money and left for work since cossy was still sleeping. It better not to disturb her. "I thought within me".
I entered my car and left for the office.

I woke up, and saw some money left on the Table.. Since I know WHT it was for , I collected it and put into my purse.
After doing some house works, I left for the market.

After buying all that I needed, I decide to buy myself a cool ice cream to cool my body temperature. I bought the ice cream and was now trekking home under the hot weather, all my mind was to get a cab, Buh non was coming. I needed to get home because of my bby, Buh no cab came.
I was still driving when a car stopped in front of me.
Voice : angel why you trkking under this sun do you want to spoil your lovely skin.

I turned around and looked into the car,it was that same guy I saw in the super market one day like that.
Me: you again. Good afternoon.
Voice : thanks. Where you heading to.??
Me : home "I said while I walk down the road.
Voice: can you atlas stop and get into the car.
Me:no thanks.. My husband won't buy the idea.
Voice: common, it's just a friendly lift. That's all .
Me: OK.

I hop into the car, and he drives while I direct him to my location.
"here is my house" I said to him, while he looked at me with surprise look at his face.

I thought chuks might have betrayed me by selling my house to another man. But on opening the door, there was chuks sitting with his baby boy on the sofa.
Cossy : welcome to our Humble home. Here is my husband.
ChUKS ; boss you came to our house today. But wait a minute, what's going on here??
Cossy : I don't really know.maybe I should ask you that called him boss.
Chuks: but you came back with someone.
Chris: haaaaaa. You guys argue a lot, . Firstly chuks to clear ur riddle, I decided to give someone who was walking on the hot 🔥 sun a lift. And it appears that she is your wife. And to you madam, I have been friend with your husband for years now.
Cossy: don't tell me that you re the Chris he has been telling me about??
ChUKS : yap he is the Chris. My boss
Chris : have told you to stop calling me boss. Silly call me by my name CHRIS.

Chris ; Menh gee, am really happy that I have finally meet your wife.
She is so beautiful and young. If God save you that I know you, I would have taken her away from you. Hahahahah <just joking >

The duo went to the garden, there they were when Chris raise up Rita's case.
Chris : bro, what re you doing about Rita??
Chuks : that bitch is a bone 🍖 in my neck. I love my wife, ND I cNt imagine marrying another wife or keeping a secret from her. I just fear she might dievorce me if I tell her the truth of the matter. I just need to buy more time ⌚.
Chris : you can't continue to procrastinate this. Because if she finds out by her self, it might be double war compare to the one you re going to find yourself when you tell her.
Chuks : so what do you suggest I do now and how should I start.
Chris : you can start with anything. She is your blood, and your wife. You two ✌ re bond together. I believe she will understand you.
Chuks : I hope so.
Chris : I will take my leave now.great her for me. Tell her that I will come again. And about the food, she should keep it till I come back 🔙...

I went back into the main house, and start to think about Chris has said. "he is right. I have to do it. No matter what the result might be. I just need to free my mind " I reassured myself.
Cossy came into the sitting room asking me about what I discussed with Chris earlier. I couldn't tell, I had to look for a sweet lie which can convince her that am saying the truth.
After our normal routine for the night 🌃, we went to bed.
The next morning at work, Rita Berged into my office without knocking.
"what's wrong with you.
Seems you re slowly losing your mind "
Rita : how about saying you re a big fool. Your pregnant Wife is living alone, you didn't even cared to call .
Chuks : I can't remember having a pregnant wife. My wife has given birth to baby long ago. So I don't know of any other wife.
Rita : am not here to rant. Am here cause I need money to look after myself.
ChUKS : what money , did you give me any to keep for you. Out of my office you bitch.
Rita : and what if I say am not leaving, what will happen.

I hit her with my left , and she fell down with her heels and blood gushing out of her head.
